Aynı nesneye ilişkin farklı düşüncelerin nasıl neşet ettiği felsefi açıdan önemli bir sorunsal olarak karşımızda durmaktadır. Frege, söz konusu problematiğin çözümlenmesine yönelik kayda değer çözümler ve analizler sunar. Frege felsefesinde, düşüncenin (Gedanke) özsel niteliği, temsil ve varsayılan gönderimlerin istikrarlı bir temeli olabilir. Çalışmamız, hipotezimizin doğrulanması için düşüncenin Frege felsefesinde nasıl ele alındığına odaklanmakla birlikte, düşünürün onu tem-sil ve gönderimden nasıl ayırdığını, onu nispeten anlama benzettiğini irdeler. Yine çalışmamız, Frege'nin düşünceyi düşünme ediminden ayırdığını, onun konumunu, sabitliğini ve dalgalanma-larını ele alır. Frege'nin kendi metinlerini temel alıp onun kaynaklarına istinaden yaptığımız çıka-rımlarla temel problematiği çözümlemeye çalışıyoruz. Araştırmamızla ilgili en önemli bulgular şu şekilde özetlenebilir: Frege’nin düşüncesinde, gönderime yönelik yapılan gözlem teşebbüsü, dü-şüncenin özsel olmayan nitelikleriyle modifikasyonlara neden olduğu ve farklı kişilerde farklı temsillerin bilincin içeriğinde fark edilmesine, temsil ile gönderim arasında gömülü olan anlamın tezahür etmesine neden olur. Gönderime ilişkin her deruni kavrayış düşüncede daha farklı modi-fikasyon ve dalgalanmalara neden olur. Frege'ye göre düşünce, gönderimin biricikliği ile temsille-rimizin çeşitliliği arasında dalgalanır. Çalışmamızın sonucunda düşüncenin "doğruluk" ile ilintili olabileceğini, onun nesnelere temel teşkil edebileceğini ve bu temel olabilme durumunun düşün-ceye ait olan bir karakteristik olduğunu, onun dalgalanmalarının özsel olmayan niteliklerinden kaynaklandığını ve nihayet düşüncenin değişmeyen özsel niteliğinin doğrulukla yakından ilintili olduğunu, kişiden kişiye değişmediğini ve zamandan bağımsız olduğunu değerlendiriyoruz.

The different thoughts that arise while dealing with the same object is an important philosophical problem. Frege proposes solutions and relevant analyses to solve this problem. In-deed, in Frege's philosophy, the essential quality of thought (Gedanke) may be a relatively stable foundation for representation and meaning. Our investigation is about how thinking is treated in Frege's philosophy and focuses on how Frege distinguishes representation from reference in order to locate thinking and identify its fluctuations. Our study also focuses on the Fregean distinction of thinking and the act of thinking. We base ourselves on the Fregean corpus and our inferences are based on Frege's own words. The most important results of our research can be summarized as follows: In Frege's thought, the attempt to observe the reference generates the fluctuations of thought due to its non-essential qualities, has drawn attention to the difference of representations in the content of consciousness in different people and has the manifestation of meaning between representation and reference. It seems that each deep grasping of the reference causes more dif-ferent modifications and fluctuations in thought. According to Frege, thought fluctuates between the single reference and the diversity of our representations. In conclusion of our research, we find that according to Frege, thought can be a foundation of the objects of the world, that this fundamental state is a stable characteristic of the essential quality of thought, that the fluctuations of thought are due to its non-essential qualities, and finally that the unchanging essential quality of thought is closely related to the notion of truth, it does not change from person to person or from moment to moment, in short it is independent.
